Shop & Shoot w/ Heritage co.

On February 1st, Heritage co. hosted me, some dancers and moms, for a shop and shoot event! It was so fun!! All of the girls got a little headshot session with me, as well as some portraits outdoors. They also got to shop the store!

Heritage co. is located in Downtown Kingsburg. It’s the cutest boutique with items for women and girls, as well as dance wear and dance accessories.

Fun fact… I was actually introduced to the boutique through a contest I won! I entered their “Clothing For a Year” giveaway. I was so shocked! I shopped all year, online and in person. I had a great experience and everything I have purchased during the contest and since then, has been great quality. I am a customer for life! Amanda, the owner, really knows what she is doing. The store is super aesthetic and she always has new stuff! Plus she is the sweetest.

Before I even knew Amanda owned a boutique, I had actually met her through dance. I photographed her daughter during my first ever collab shoot (hello Dinelia!) when I was first getting into dance photography.

This collab was so fun to partner on. I love getting to be creative and have fun with my job. I also love fresh florals, so anytime I can include them… whether through the location I choose or a bouquet, I always love the outcome! I put up a flower wall in Heritage co. and used that for my headshot backdrop!
